Having another woman present who has witnessed or been a part of many births is an invaluable support to a woman in labor and early postpartum.

Doulas provide consistent, continuous reassurance, comfort, encouragement and respect throughout labor and postpartum, so parents can move through the transitions of childbirth with more awareness and confidence.
Labor Support Services:
As a labor doula, I am trained and experienced in childbirth to offer
physical, emotional and informational support throughout the entirety
of your labor and delivery. I remain by your side and offer
labor comfort measures such as breathing, massage, relaxation, movement and
positioning as well as informational support so that you are prepared
to make the most informed decisions possible during your labor and
delivery. I will also remain with you after delivery to aid in
breastfeeding and beginning transition with your new baby.
$1400.00 (24-hour on-call support)

Postpartum Day Services:
As a postpartum doula, I focus on your needs as a new mother and father as well as the needs of your newborn baby. I am specifically trained in newborn care and breastfeeding and have experience working with older siblings if you already have other children. I offer
practical and emotional support allowing you to recover faster and
build confidence in meeting the challenges a new baby brings.
$600.00 (16 hours of support/four, 4-hour sessions)

Postpartum Night Services:
As a postpartum night doula, I focus on the sleep and feeding cycles of your newborn, allowing you to catch-up on some much needed rest. I take care of the burping, changing, swaddling and putting to sleep of your baby and only wake you for feedings. I am also able to bottle feed through the entire night if you are pumping breast-milk or using formula.
$300.00 (8-hour) $375.00 (10-hour)

A Little Bit of Everything "Birth Bundle Package":
If you are interested in booking multiple services, this package is for you. It includes private Birthing from Within Childbirth preparation classes, labor doula support, four postpartum day sessions (16-hours) and one postpartum overnight (10-hours).
